“Trust my intuition to create warm and cozy interiors where you will truly feel at home”

Offer

Since my clients are actively involved in the design process through my method, there are no disappointments. The very first interior concept is the one we move forward with and bring to life.

Dear Client, as an experienced interior architect, I offer you a comprehensive design service that transforms your ideas into reality.

What do you gain by choosing full, end-to-end design support?

  • Real, buildable solutions from day one: We don’t work with abstract ideas. From the very beginning, the design is based on specific, available interior products, ensuring a smooth and realistic execution during the finishing stage.
  • Cost control within your budget: From the start, we create and continuously update a detailed shopping list, tailored to your budget. A preliminary cost estimate for materials and furnishings is an integral part of the process.
  • A solid foundation for your interior: Key elements such as flooring, tiles, and doors are discussed together at an early stage. This allows us to resolve uncertainties upfront and select the most suitable solutions for your space.
  • Time savings and confident decisions: I invite you to shop visits together, where during a single meeting we can select the most important finishing materials. This significantly narrows down choices and makes later purchasing decisions much easier. You see the final finishes before the build even starts.
  • A design tailored specifically to you: Your inspirations, preferred materials, and selected furnishings are essential to the process. They shape the unique character of your interior. A detailed discussion of your preferences is key to creating a design you’ll truly feel at home with.
  • Functionality first: I carry out a detailed functional layout analysis, optimizing the space around your real needs. Together, we find the best solutions—regardless of the challenges posed by the layout.
  • Consultation meetings and shop visits in sufficient quantity are included in the price of the comprehensive service.
  • Author’s supervision, understood as necessary on-site visits during the build, in sufficient quantity, is included in the comprehensive service.
  • Recommended renovation teams, carpenters, and trusted suppliers.
  • Consultations and ongoing support: I take the time to thoroughly address all questions, concerns, and work together to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • My completed interiors reflect the approved concept in 100%, as the execution documentation is prepared with a high level of detail—clear, precise, and easy to understand. It allows the renovation to be carried out successfully even without author supervision or when working remotely.
  • Project implementation guarantee:
The detailed execution documentation I prepare is clear and readable, ensuring a smooth project realization—even without my ongoing on-site supervision.

What is the interior design process like?

01 1

Stage: Getting Acquainted

Before we fully immerse ourselves in creating your living space, we will go through several key preparatory steps. Once we decide to work together and formally sign the agreement, I will invite you to complete a detailed preference questionnaire. In it, you will define your style, functional needs, and budget. Equally important will be gathering any inspirations, design guidelines, and indicating the elements you particularly like or wish to avoid. Additionally, we will visit interior furnishing showrooms together. This visit will allow us to explore the market offer in person, discuss material quality, test the comfort of furniture, and experience the aesthetics firsthand. All of this information will serve as a valuable foundation, enabling me to create a design perfectly tailored to your expectations and preferences.

02 1

Stage: Functional Design

Analysis of functional needs and optimization of space usage based on the client’s completed preference questionnaire, complemented by inspirational images, aimed at preparing a furniture layout plan (the so-called functional plan in a 2D top view). This plan includes appropriately scaled appliances, furnishings, ceramics, as well as both ready-made and custom furniture, ensuring comfortable circulation.
This stage is prepared and sent to you for review and reflection, after which we schedule a consultation—either via remote desktop, in person, or by email. The result of such a session is a thorough discussion of any uncertainties and the development of the final 2D arrangement plan. In the meantime, we meet in stores to refine the choice of finishing materials and furnishings.

03 1

Stage: Interior Concept Design

In most cases, my original design concept is implemented at around 95% in the first draft, with only minor adjustments after consultations, revisions, and agreements with the clients.
The interior concept reflects the designed space as a cohesive whole—carefully developed based on earlier stages—presenting a vision of the finished interior complete with lighting, selected finishing materials, loose furniture, built-in cabinetry, decorations, and more. It is presented through photorealistic visualizations.
We then review and refine any adjustments to arrive at the final version of the interior design, allowing for a maximum of three rounds of visualizations, including minor changes. Consultations to discuss design assumptions are held via remote desktop, in person, or by email.

04 1

Stage: Execution Documentation

The most important part of the interior design project, as it ensures accurate implementation. Professional documentation consists of dozens of design drawings accompanied by clear, detailed notes for both the contractor and the carpenter, as well as an equipment list with specifications, quantities, and more.
Preparing the design drawings and updating the cost estimate once again verifies the interior concept—allowing for any necessary technical adjustments, discussion of final finishing details, and preparation of purchase offers for lighting, tiles, or bathroom fixtures.
**The design drawings include, among others:** * site survey plan * furniture layout plan * flooring and wall finish plan at floor level * full wall finish plan * ceiling finish plan * ceiling plan with lighting layout * lighting scheme with switch locations * socket outlet layout plan * custom furniture layout * elevations of all walls necessary for the project execution * custom furniture elevations with interior details * bathroom wall elevations with fixtures and ceramics * tile layout wall elevations * design details * visualization excerpts with commentary.

Stage: Implementation and Support

Our collaboration does not end once the design is complete! As part of the comprehensive service, several meetings are scheduled during the implementation stage to assist in selecting sensitive finishing materials based on collected samples (such as paints or grouts), provide support to you or the construction team in case of questions, and offer advice on any doubts or current matters related to furnishing the interior. Our work together continues until the happy moment you move into your new space. Even then, there is still the option of further assistance—whether in styling with accessories or documenting our collaboration through a professional photo session.

Additional interior design services

Functional layout designs / Interior layout consultations for apartments

Tenant Changes for Developer Apartments / Preparation of Lighting, Electrical Outlet, Plumbing, and Heating Layouts

After purchasing your dream apartment in developer condition—either before or during construction—you have the opportunity to review and optimize the spatial layout, as well as make adjustments to key elements such as wall placement, electrical and lighting systems, plumbing installations, and radiator locations. These modifications, known as tenant changes, are only permitted by the developer within a specific timeframe. Once construction progresses to the next stage, no further changes can be made before the apartment handover.

Why plan early?
Investing in a functional layout design as early as possible is always a wise choice. We will arrange the space with realistic furniture dimensions and evaluate the developer’s proposed layout for efficiency. Our goal is to ensure that the planned rooms will fully meet your needs. With enough lead time, we can make permitted changes to partition wall placement, maximizing your home’s functionality.

Final project deliverables
We will prepare a detailed layout plan for:

  • Lighting fixtures
  • Electrical outlets and switches
  • Plumbing connections for sanitary ceramics and fittings
  • Radiators and heating elements

With this plan, all essential installations will be properly located before finishing works begin, ensuring a smooth and efficient interior fit-out process.

Developer approval process
All proposed tenant changes will be reviewed and priced by the developer’s specialists. This ensures compliance with investment standards and building regulations, guaranteeing safety and construction quality.

Basic Interior Design / Renovation Interior Projects

Basic Interior Concept Design / Renovation Interior Projects

The basic interior concept design service was created in response to our clients’ needs.
What sets it apart from a comprehensive design package is the limited scope of execution documentation. The basic design focuses on creating a functional layout and delivering the most important element—the interior concept, meaning the overall idea for the finish.

Any suggestions or links to places where products can be found or purchased will be provided during our collaboration or via email consultations, remaining entirely under your own management. This gives you full freedom to choose and make changes.

A key point is that Jedyne.Takie.Wnętrza designs are based on real, specific, and available products, which will be presented alongside the interior concept tailored to your budget. This ensures that they can be easily found and ordered.

If you feel confident executing the project based on visualizations and consultations during the process, this is an excellent way to lower the cost of design services. This option does not include detailed documentation regarding wall and floor finishes, construction work, or custom furniture design.

The interior concept will be accompanied by basic design drawings to help create visualizations in the correct proportions and according to the planned material composition.

Please note that this service does not include a complete list of products/materials for all designed rooms.

Functional layout designs / Interior layout consultations for single-family homes

Optimization of a Home’s Functional Layout

A single-family home building plan—especially one purchased as a ready-made design—often contains standard solutions for room layout.

Even homes designed to meet individual needs may not fully meet expectations and can require expert support in interior planning.

The size of rooms in a new building, determined by the arrangement of walls, windows, and doors, may seem impressive but does not always guarantee optimal functionality.

In smaller homes, it is particularly important to ensure maximum use of space.

Houses, offering more flexibility in design compared to apartments, can be both comfortable and functional, which is why it is worth using professional interior planning services before approving the building plan.

After completing a questionnaire about preferences and expectations, the interior designer will create a functional layout of all or selected rooms, presenting it as a 2D furniture arrangement plan. This will showcase the building’s spatial potential while also identifying any possible challenges to comfort and functionality in everyday use.

Any arrangement issues will be addressed through suggested solutions, such as moving partition walls, changing window sizes, or relocating doors.

The next step will be to prepare layouts for lighting, electrical systems, plumbing connections, radiator placement, and so on.

Although these installations are included in a single-family home building plan, such plans often feature only standard, insufficient arrangements for lighting, switches, and outlets, and radiator placement may limit room functionality.

The best time to modify the lighting plan is before construction begins, allowing the wall layout to be assessed for functional optimization.

However, it is not too late to decide to use this service even after the building’s shell stage is completed.

It is worth considering commissioning a full interior design 3–6 months before the electrician or plumber begins work. This allows for the creation of a complete interior design with visualizations and furniture selection, followed by detailed drawings showing the placement of lighting points, outlets, switches, plumbing connections, and radiators.

If the project only requires 2D layouts for the above elements, it comes with certain limitations, as the work is based solely on the functional layout in 2D without knowing the final furniture and finishes.

Custom furniture, built-ins, and the arrangement of tiles, grout, and wall decorations require detailed drawings, including the placement of outlets, switches, radiators, and fixtures.

Nevertheless, it is possible to prepare an extended electrical or plumbing plan, which will allow industry contractors to lay out the main installations. These installations must be in place before plastering or pouring the screed, though minor adjustments can still be made during finishing works.

It should be noted that this service is provided by an interior designer—an expert in their field—but without building permit authority. The resulting plans are not installation or technical projects.

The schematic layout includes dimensions and a verbal description of the solution, which must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate industry contractor.

Bathroom interior design

Standalone Bathroom Design Projects

Due to the specific nature of the space and the numerous details that must be considered when designing a bathroom, we only offer bathroom projects as a comprehensive service.

Projects can be carried out either locally (in the Tri-City area) or remotely—through an online collaboration format.

Remote collaboration involves sending you a template to help you measure the space yourself. In the case of local collaboration in the Tri-City, the service includes a consultation, professional measurement, and store visits.

You will fill out a questionnaire regarding your preferences and inspirations, enabling us to design the space in a functional way that matches your desired style.

Regardless of the current condition of the bathroom—whether it is in developer condition or requires a full renovation—we begin by preparing a furniture and fixture layout plan, taking into account dimensions, available products, and your planned budget.

We then discuss the target tiles that best match the desired character of the interior, followed by presenting the concept design in the form of visualizations.

This results in a bathroom layout that is 90% ready for implementation—a complete concept ready to be brought to life.

You will, of course, have the opportunity to make changes and request consultations, although we will still be working within the framework of the original design concept.

At the end of the process, we prepare professional execution documentation for contractors. This documentation is clear, detailed, and easy to understand, effectively replacing the need for direct designer supervision during implementation.

An integral part of this documentation is the equipment list, including sanitary ceramics, fixtures, bathroom accessories, lighting with appropriate light sources, as well as a quantity breakdown of tiles or purchase offers.

Bathrooms that are part of a larger home or apartment design will be planned either remotely or in person, depending on the location, and will include a measurement service.

Design consultations / Guided shopping

Professional Design Support at Your Fingertips

If you have questions about various design-related topics—such as room arrangement, improving functionality, choosing a color palette, selecting finishing materials, or determining whether certain ideas or inspirations will work—or if you are considering the scope of a planned renovation and whether to carry it out on your own or with the help of an interior designer, it is worth making use of a design consultation service.

The result of the consultation may include prepared design sketches, a product list, material samples, and an arrangement concept in the form of a mood board, a photo collage, or design drawings.

For clients using the Basic Design or Functional Design service, design consultations can help with carrying out a renovation independently—without the need to involve an interior designer to the same extent as in a Comprehensive Design service.
